Jonie S. Williams
Jonie has dedicated herself to serving underserved children in Minnesota, providing extensive support to teen/young adult parents, those impoverished, children in the foster care system, adopted families, and families in domestic violence shelters. As a business director, Jonie passionately leads as a torchbearer for change, advocating inclusivity within the BIPOC community. Recognizing untapped potential, she skillfully transforms challenges into opportunities through empathetic leadership.

Her journey in the realm of business is more than a career; it's a relentless quest for justice and empowerment. She is driven by the belief that true success is not just measured in profits but in the positive impact we make. Her path is marked by a commitment to creating opportunities, fostering growth, and amplifying the voices of those who have long been marginalized.

She has had the privilege of leading teams over decades, as a childcare service provider, educator, consultant and associate Pastor. Her focus is School Readiness, Children/Youth and Women's Ministry, Pastoral Family Counseling, and more. Understanding that behind every project, every program, there are lives yearning to thrive and young minds ready to learn.
